I am very excited to announce that I am launching ‘make it and eat it’ classes in my home kitchen in north Milton Keynes to share how I make the foods I love. We will prepare several dishes together, culminating in sharing our creations for lunch as we talk food fabulous food!

I will be sharing…

*how I prepare and cook various vegetables and grains

*how I use spices, herbs, seeds, nuts and pulses

*how I make and use marinades

*how I build a big bowl of fabulousness

*how I make my many and varied hot and cold ‘salads’

*how I use tahini in a hundred ways, and

*how I make my many and various dips.

The menus will change from course to course depending on availability and what takes our fancy. Or, choose from the various posts on this site, choose 3 that you’d like to make together and let me know.

Course times:

10am – 1.30/2pm

Cost:

£99 per person for a group booking, maximum 3 attendees, or,

£125 for a 1:1 class.

*All courses begin at 10am and end between 1.30-2.00pm.

*The dates available are on a first come, first served basis; if you would like to discuss the possibility of different dates from those published, please do get in touch.

*To book a course, please email me directly to secure the date and pay in advance.

*Dates are transferable, depending on availability.

*You will be peeling, chopping and prepping food, aprons will be provided, and gloves if you would prefer, but I would still suggest that you don’t wear anything too special!

*Tea, coffee and water available all day.

*Please let me know any dietary requirements and/or allergies.
