Pimp Your Veg part 10: soup glorious soup!

Having requested vegetable soup recipes last month, thank you so much to everyone for your responses – lots of you sent me lots of lovely soup recipes πŸ™‚

Rather than try and pick any favourites, I thought I would create a vegetable soup directory, so please have a good look through, pin some to try out, and add any more of your own in the comments and let’s create a one stop shop for great vegetable based soups.

Soup is a great dish to make to include lots of great vegetables; a perfect dish for a cold day; a perfect starter for a long meal; a great healthy option if you’re looking for one; a great way to use up vegetables; a great way to ‘hide’ vegetables. Soup can be the answer to many questions…so I hope you find some here that take your fancy, please do have a look through..and thank you to everyone for your recipes πŸ™‚

Doing a super happy soup dance here! What a nice surprise, I was wondering when you would be publishing your soup post, and wow, this is really really nice… (of course, being featured made me feel special… allow me to indulge in the moment!)

I’m very honored to be a part of your directory πŸ™‚ And what a GREAT idea! I think I’ll do a soup post for this coming week and then I’ll link people to THIS post too! It’s nice to have a one-stop (or two-stop) resource. Now I have to get busy visiting all the soups πŸ™‚

What a great selection of soups! It is only imagination (or lack of) that stops us and these all sound so good! Especially reading this as the winds are howling outside! πŸ™‚

What a beautiful collection of soups Elaine. I could feast on soups every single day – too bad I didn’t realize you were putting this together, I’d loved to have contributed to this wonderful collection. I’ll be trying out a few of these, thank you.
